We need to get that message out loud and clear because if the rains are as heavy as they have been prdicted to be then people , kids especially, will be caught unawares and put in danger. Storm drains have always been an exciting place to play around Adelaide , but they are treacherous in wet weather and kids can get caught out far too easily. Same with the creeks. Some will fill quickly and the banks will be slippery. We all need to remind ourselves of this.
