Bette Calman is 83 and still practising yoga. She teaches 11 classes a week. What an inspiration. I remember our new last year, I think, had a woman in her 90s running yoga classes. We got to work the next day and we all started walking, yoga, exercising. We had no excuse! These women are an inspiration to us and it like the French news had all these older women who were doing Tai kwondo and they were just awesome. They were so fit and so strong...agile. It was living proof we can all lead healthy, happy lives if we are prepared to put in some effort. These women don't see it as effort though. This is how they think and live and they are truly amazing.
