I rest my case. We have too much to do and too many things to do. Lack of sleep is a real issue where I work. People are regularly using their weekends to catch up on sleep. During the week they are waking up around 2.30 am or 4 or 5 am. That is not enough sleep and it's all about what they have to do and whether they have it properly planned. the pressure needs to come off. One job. That's it.
