Court to send parents back to school

Court to send parents back to school: "'If we don't, there is a great risk that these children will need to be taken into state care, grow up with poorer education levels and become involved in serious anti-social or criminal behaviours such as drugs, theft and assault.'"

In theory , this sounds really good and I am curious to discover whether it will help or not. I want to know who is running the courses and what the programme is...and whether you can actually get the parents there! It is important to treat a whole family I believe. We often deal with individuals in different ways in different parts of our society and yet a lot of the issues are family issues and if the family had some back up and intervention it might well help. I think it would. We'll see. We have to do something.
