Give more to the haves? Okay...I want a laptop for work and I certainly think this is a better approach than the ...here, you can add this to your load which seems to be the current agenda for bosses. We can do everything! Do we need more things? Who is ultimately paying for all these presents? The culture has changed to be very self centred. Loyalty and commitment can't be bought. They are inherent and can be values which are taught. We perhaps need to look at the work culture and then the expectation of work and workers. Toys! Do we need toys? I guess some people would but it's a pretty cynical way to treat people.
