Rivals pounce on Clinton's tears

Rivals pounce on Clinton's tears : "HILLARY Clinton, after days of relentless campaigning for president and little sleep, cracked yesterday, tears welling in her eyes and her voice catching in a moment of vulnerability rarely seen from the former first lady.

The tears came on the eve of a poll that has all the signs of burying a carefully orchestrated campaign that was meant to ensure she became the first woman president in the US."

Every woman knows how this feels. You have prepared yourself, invested your time and energy, got your act together, given it your best shot...and then it starts to go pear shaped and so you wobble a bit...because you just want to spit chips... and the tears are as likely to reflect anger as they might vulnerability. Sometimes women get so angry and miffed they cry and women know what that means. It doesn't mean we are weak. It means we are showing emotion. We need to get women into the top jobs if they are worthy of it. We need a world where both sexes can contribute at the top and thereby get some harmony and balance . One of the best things about a woman is that she will have a very personal reaction to something. It doesn't make her weak..it makes her a woman. Wasn't it Coco Chanel who said you are not born a woman..you grow into one?
