Yes, and it's true what he says - it is going on all over the country and it has been going on unabated for years. We never seem to know where or when but people must know it's near them. They must know people involved and it just goes on and we have been powerless to stop it. Now Malcolm Brown has brought it back into the limelight, maybe now is our chance to deal with it as a nation. We hate cruelty to animals. We hate to see animals hurt and yet we haven't done much to stop this because we just don't seem to know how it is occurring and yet it comes before our eyes from time to time and it's entrenched. So we need to do better. We need clues. We need some ideas of how to know. We need officials who are prepared to act and stop it because it'll be like any other cruelty...if we get on their case we shall be free of it. Anything for money, heh?
