Bullies use phones for dirty work : "Phone bullying - or m-bullying - involves using a mobile phone to harass, menace or offend someone. It can include sending obscene or pornographic images and threats to sabotage a person's reputation."
Can't you tell where the calls are coming from? Aren't obscene pictures illegal? Can't you block numbers? Can't you let parents or police reply??
