Presidential contenders hit last lap of race to nomination

Presidential contenders hit last lap of race to nomination : "Most polls have shown Mrs Clinton in a very tight and fluid race with rivals Mr Obama and Mr Edwards. Mrs Clinton has led in national polls but strategists argue that a win in Iowa could give her the momentum to seal the nomination."

It'll be good to watch this race because there are some interesting candidates. I'd like to see Hillary Clinton win because I think she is worthy of being a President and she is a credible, well credentialled , experienced leader. It would be really good to see how a woman would tackle that top job. It was a shame France couldn't back Mme Royal when she got so close. We've seen what men can do in the top jobs, we need to see what woman can offer our world. This is why the situation in Pakistan is so untenable. Who will benefit form a destabilised country and who will benefit from losing a very competent woman from top leadership? It is frustrating our so called enlightened world cannot see itself clear to allowing women success and to giving them the skills and experience they need to give and operate at the top. It's ineffectual human relationships and a real weakness in our social fabric. I hope the people in Pakistan will be able to overcome their anger and grief and think this one through coldly and strategically.
