Do people in the upper echelons actually think we do not know and that we haven't worked it out? Do they think we do not talk to each other, that we don't compare with each other what has happened and how it has occurred and therefore what the criteria are? The only blunder here is to think we are quite incapable of applying knowledge and information to our needs.
