Boys and men in low slung trousers have become the talk of the town here as well. Girls cop it for skirts way too short and low slung jeans...but we thought we'd nailed the butt crack in guys only to find they replaced it with the falling down pants...and even sit down with their undies on the chair and their trousers at half mast. So, at what age do boys normally do this? It might give an idea of where they are at emotionally, but everyone, young and old has had enough. I hope the money in fines is going towards braces to hold the pants up and extra material for the teenie weenie skirts and jeans.If you want to be revealing at least do it with flair and style! North Terrace was abuzz when some girl, about 14 was walking up...totally made up and a pouty face, mop of long blond hair and a white see through gauzy mini skirt...half of which was tucked into her panty hose at the back so everyone got a half moon and a good look at the G string...and we wonder about kids being abused. She was abusing herself and because no one knows whether you are going to get a rude, unthankful mouthful or not then no one said anything to let her know she looked like such a plonker.
