Angry Indonesians break tsunami system : "A technical glitch prompted the siren to ring for about 30 minutes in Aceh Besar district on Monday, sending residents rushing out of their homes in panic."
Poor people. As explicable as glitches might be, such a thing would create such trauma for them. It's cruel. They have suffered enough. It creates a constant fear fest and they are not allowed to heal.
