Livestock feed supplies dry up. : "'We had a call the other day from a woman who was in tears and didn't know what to do with stock and begged me to find feed and I just can't find it, I just don't know where to find it.'"
Interstate farms have had a real need for feed because their conditions have gone on for longer. Our South East , though ,needs all the help it can get. There must be something we can do. There must be sources of feed somewhere if only we knew what it was. We must be able to help. What can we do? I know we are dredging channels for weed and using stuff from our wineries. We have been thinking ouside the square...so, what else have we got that could go to the cattle in the South East? It's not a huge run by truck...how much do they need?
