Tis my birthday and a lovely time I have had of it with friends. Tomorrow is the family affair!! It's hot, hot , hot , so we are always on the lookout for something cool to eat. After this long , ice cream and yoghurt are wearing a bit thin. The strawberry rice gateau was light and delicious.
