So, are we still sitting here umming and aahhing or are we immobile and worrying? Are we pretending it'll fix itself? So what action are we going to take? Change is action. We are doing our water bit and we are careful to stick to the rules and remind each other. We have started making the recycling changes. We, the general public, are shifting ourselves and our life styles, so what is the masterplan? We are ready , are you?
