As long as they know what they are talking about. I love articles like this. Who doesn't use water?? Water brokers??? Why do we need water brokers? Factors to drive the price of water??? Water is suddenly a money making commodity instead of a necessity...a basic right. Someone is making real fools of us...or have I got it wrong?!
