This is insane. We are surrounded by water and water just pours down our roads when it is raining. The ocean levels are going up and I should have thought, by now, people in the position to make decisions would have decided. It is insane there has been no clear and definite action to redress the water shortage. Until the weather machine is repaired we actually need to deal with this because looking after your property is one of the main tenets of good property management.
