So, why do they think that? We have had water before and now we don't . Why is that? We have plenty of water for everyone and we used to have seasons and weather patterns. Now it's just a missch masch. Considering lots of areas have had floods, storms and mudslides, why would you predict wars over water? Why would you think water is going to be scarce? The ocean is rising. There is water.
