Surely this is not the result of their research nor the subject of it??!! Have they never had pets? No cats, dogs or birds? Have they never been around horses, goats, cows or chooks? Where have they been all their lives? Didn't they watch Gorillas in the Mist?? We know animals have their own personality traits. It's why we are careful when we acquire a new one and why they fill us full of surprise and delight. Surely this article has got it wrong.
