Mona Lisa 'speaks' thanks to boffins

Mona Lisa 'speaks' thanks to boffins :

"Dr Matsumi Suzuki, who generally uses his skills to help with criminal investigations, measured the face and hands of Leonardo da Vinci's famous 16th century portrait to estimate her height at 168cm and create a model of her skull."

This man is a remarkable voice expert and it is interesting how his skills, normally used to resolve crimes, can be used to try and put a voice to the Mona Lisa. This picture has held everyone spellbound and must hold some secret we need to understand or we wouldn't all be drawn to her. They tried making her speak in Japanese! Now they have settled for an Italian voice. It really is incredible how skills can be used in such diverse ways...and how experts are irreplaceable.
