Researchers rethink breast cancer treatment.

Researchers rethink breast cancer treatment. :

"One of the chief scientists on the project, Professor John Yarnold from the UK Institute of Cancer Research, says the findings suggest that fewer, slightly larger doses may be at least as safe and as effective as the multiple small doses."

The impressive thing about this research is that it is unhurried, methodical, careful and systematic. I know we all want cancer fixed today and I know we all want that magical cure. While the testing is so thorough, some women will die, but this kind of research will establish the best possible option for treating breat cancer so that, in the long term, more women will stay alive. The more of this, the better.
