US calls for AWB inquiry 'worrying'. :

"'It is a disturbing development if, apart from the Cole inquiry, the AWB now faces the potentiality of legal action in the United States itself,' he said."

I don't think there is any international law because every time someone says international laws have been contravened nothing happens. I am so upset that this has disturbed other nations as much as it has us and that the Government was not more alert at the time and may have overlooked it. It tends to suggest our international reputation is of little import but to us, it is very important. I feel so sorry for our wheat farmers. They are the ones who are bearing the brunt of this and they work damned hard for a living. It's just not right and I know I have to wait for the findings of the Cole inquiry . In the mean time we look terrible and WE are not. Certain people have been very odd in their behaviour to the extent that ramifications for other parties appear to have been ignored.
