Cable outage may hamper Net traffic:

There have been glitchy things trying to access some news which have never hapened before and Blogger won't publish at the mement. Should I blame it all on the cable cut? Iinet has had some teething problems here but we were laughing about it at work because we have forgotten what it's like to put new systems in place and organise large networks. We have, infact, so adapted to our technology it has been taken for granted, so hiccoughs and down time, poor access, things we all used to take for granted are no longer acceptable. Technology is in our lives. I am sure they have a reason for the cable cut and even though it's been a bit hit and miss, I cannot say I have been put out or disrupted. In fact it's not a cut cable, so this article states but "circuit problems." So now we know.
