City's green monster too expensive to f ix

The Advertiser: City's green monster too expensive to f ix :

"Only a month after the river was flushed at a cost of $50,000, Adelaide City Council says the expense of buying flushing flows from SA Water is making solving the problem more difficult."

It's our main river. We all own it. It is Adelaide. It has to be fixed and maybe researchers and biodiversity experts can come up with a cunning plan. It's bad because it's toxic so we have to fix it and we have to make sure we don't get it again. Look upon it as a challenge!!
