Coffee could reduce breast cancer risk: report.

Coffee could reduce breast cancer risk: report. :

"They found the likelihood of developing breast cancer among BRCA mutation carriers who drank one to three cups of coffee daily was reduced by 10 per cent, compared to those who did not drink coffee."

More and more there seems to be evidence people should have a broad diet which includes everything in moderation..."A little fo what you fancy does you good." All sorts of things seem to be helping with various illnesses and ailments and a number of real foods seem to have a capacity to protect us from these illnesses and ailments. If that isn't a good argument for sourcing the freshest , best grown food...

The other thing whch impresses me is our reserachers are leaving no stone unturned when they are trying to beat the scourge illnesses we have. They seem to be able to identify particular genes and their mutations now and they seem to be looking at everything in a very systematic way. These researchers from the Univerity of Toronto are no different and they will be saving countless lives because of their dedicated, methodical approach...now, maybe I should have that cup of coffee I was thinking about!
