Nguyen family returns home

Nguyen family returns home:

"'She is really pleased to be home and – Van was on that flight as well – it's a great relief that this, in a sense, is over,' he said."

My wish for Kym Nguyen is that once the pain from all of this eases, she can actually find a life which is not a living hell. From the small amount available about her life it appears to have been one awful situaltion after another which has been visited upon her. None of the events in her life appears to have been within her control and she must have enormous courage and strength to survive it and withstand the emotional onslaught. People who have been with her have appeared to have been very compassionate towards her in a very genuine sense and so I continue to believe she is an innocent victim of the horror story of her life. I should like to think, given she lives in a great country, she can make a fantastic life for herself as so many women do in Australia. Given her amazing emotional resources I think she could teach us a lot about resilience and endurance and managing chaos. Her capacity to love unconditionally is something which has touched me deeply and I shall remember her for that. One day I hope to see her as a strong, confident happy woman who is living a life which is making her content. I am truly amazed by her emotional strength and I would like to award her my medal of bravery and courage .
