The Advertiser: New trams on track for service in summer :
"ONE of Adelaide's new trams caused a stir in Victoria Square on its first daytime test run yesterday.
The 10-minute stopover was enough to draw a crowd - and comparisons with the 75-year-old H-class tram parked alongside."
We shall have 6 new trams but they are not going into service until January. They have to be tried out (played with???) and the tram drivers need to have lessons on how to drive these new German trams. Our old ones will be used at weekends and public holidays. Daily commuters are bound to love the new ones, but the old ones are very close to our heart. The new ones looks ultra swish!
