Internet banking fees.

Labor criticises 'mean' Internet banking fees. 05/05/2005. ABC News Online:

It is silly to charge for internet banking fees when we are the labour doing the banking. Maybe we should charge the banks for our labour as we complete the transactions. Businesses forget that they are asking us to do their work. We organise our photos and print them now . We can do our tax online. There are many things we now do which used to be other people's jobs. To charge us for doing the work of a business is ludicrous. Mind you, I had an interesting little experience today. A travel agent said it would cost me $55 dollars to change their mistake of putting Mrs istead of Miss on one itinerary for a family member. It would be 30 dollars for the parent company and 25 dollars for the airline. I laughed. How many keystrokes does it take to change Mrs to Miss and how much time, and don't you do things like that to get it right because doing the right thing is the thing to do? I think our world has seriously lost it business-wise.
