Our worst nightmare. We hate it because we like to support charity. It is part of our culture. It is also part of our culture to be sceptical and so we expect charities to be accountable and generally look for that before we donate. We will still hand over money though if we think someone needs it more than us, so be taken for a ride will not sit well with us. We'll now be looking for guarantees. We'll be looking for star ratings and some sort of evidence our money is going where we think it is going.
