"The numbers (of reports) are steadily increasing, which reflects that the general public now have had enough of bad drivers," he said.
It is not so much the bad drivers. It is the insane ones. Most of us manage the bad drivers and on a given day we might be a bad driver because of what is going on in our lives. It is the lethal weapons on wheels we have had enough of. The tail gaters, the ones who race , push you through , who roar and hoon. Down a suburban street these people are really dangerous. They don't care. They just do not care. Then there are the randoms who will break rules just to go wherever they want to go. They are dangerous. The rules are about some sense of stability on roads. Then there are the real accidents. The ones no one can help. So we have made a distinction. We are trying to stop the deliberate harm and damage by those who write their own rules and then we become the victims of it. So yes, we have had enough.
