Police located the man, who was not armed but was carrying a high pressure hose.
Another fantastic example of how a community has worked together to keep everyone safe. The neighbours weren't to know it was a high pressure hose. They are obviously keeping an eye on their children in the neighbourhood and the police ought to be pleased that eh level of co operation is so strong. it sounds also like the school reacted in a calm , efficient manner and didn't jump to conclusions but erred on the side of caution. This is all sensible stuff and do you know what? It's good to hear of nice sensible stuff!!
