Bamboo bashing a hit with the stars : "A man from Adelaide is one of only two people in the world trained in the ancient Chinese form of muscle detoxification."
If he is from Adelaide he is probably dead set serious about the efficacy and technique of his treatment. If it takes being bashed with bamboo to get you onto the path of wellness...then give it a whirl and we need to train others! I have a feeling bamboo bashing will be the go but we need to get a kinder name for it.
