Plan for Canberra to go solar: "SOLAR-POWERED Canberra households could be paid four times more than they are now for the unused electricity they sell back to the power grid."
It makes sense. It's good for greenhouse emissions, it's renewable energy, it helps the householder and it helps the general population. We need to do this sort of thing and have a much more flexible, inventive approach to energy ( and hopefully water) because we are a country which can do it, we can get the ideas together and the public support and we are able to trial things in areas to see how they go. We need to do something because we are well and truly ready for it. We want to be moving forward .
