Aussie scientist calls for human urine fertiliser : "'There is a poo taboo that happens and happens differently in different cultures,' she said."

It's called hygiene. No sense in living in Australia if we cannot have running water and flushing toilets. If we wanted to live without these conveniences then we'd be subject to the same outbreaks of diseases available in areas where they do not have clean, running water. If we are to transport our urine to the nearest farm, then we are truly turning back the clock. There has to be a better way which preserves the health advantages of plumbed toilets.
