This site is inspired. It is full of information, it takes its cheese seriously but there is a real sense of creativity about it. The site incorporates any number of modern trends in a competent fashion to promote its hand made cheese. I confess I found it when I was looking at the web news on the french TV5 after I'd watched the news. It was featuring the West Country Cheddarvison TV where you watch a cheddar cheese maturing in real time. This site is so good, right down to the fruit bread with the cheese!
