Two cautioned over wi-fi 'theft': "She had put up cardboard around her car windows but the light from her computer could be seen through the back window."
At least people were quick to think and get onto it so the two could be caught. I don't think the woman was trying very hard to hide herself!! I guess we'll all start wondering what people are doing in cars using their laptops and it's good to see that a caution was used first. It is true that some people would do illegal things with their network intrusions, but it sounds like these two were either seeing if they could or just plain ran out of funding for their network access. I can imagine there's a story behind both of them...so look out!!
