OMG!! What is it about the British Royal family? I cannot think of any other prominent family which becomes so nitpicked, scrutinised and examined under the microscope. They cannot do anything without the minutiae of it being pawed over. No one can be associated with them without ,their too, being scrutinised and commented upon ad nauseam.William and Kate have broken up. Everyone does. Every family has it. What is it with the Royals? Do the Bushes or Clintons get this in America? Do the Chiracs get this in France? The Merkls in Germany? The Howards don't here. We wouldn't have a clue who does what and who is seeing whom or getting drunk or saying this or that or what the backgrounds of people visiting the family are. I cannot believe the Royals are that fascinating but I cannot believe they have to put up with it either. Tell me, which other significant family has to tolerate this and why do we keep doing it to the Windsors?
