"The procedure involved removing the front of Mr Boyap's rib-cage, removing the tumour from around the great vessels and his heart, then reconstructing the breast plate after replacing it with a new titanium and Gore-Tex mesh."


We don't often here of the medical work we do for neighbouring nations but it is something we do. We do it willingly, well and with a great deal of inspiration. It's often the caes from our neighbours which posr the challenges to our medical experts which see them lift their wings and fly. We are always touched by these stories too but we do not hear of them often enough. We take a lot of this for granted. That tumour started as a small growth and our doctors could not belive the sixe of it when the man came here for treatment. From pimple to football!!! The sugeons have done a fantastic job and modern technology is awesome. It's good to know the man can now live comfortably and will hopefully make a full recovery.
