P-plater on 'wrong side of road'

AdelaideNow... P-plater on 'wrong side of road':

"A P-plate driver has been killed on NSW roads in Sydney's south-west after police say the man's car ended up on the wrong side of the road."

He has killed himself at 21 and the man in the car he hit has abdominal injuries, the woman passenger has chest injuries and the children have minor injuries. We have to change the rules for younger drivers because the damage is horrendous and everytime we go out in our cars we are sitting ducks. It's horrible. His family has to mourn him, the other family(?) has to deal with some severe injury and trauma. It really is not good enough and I am thinking we may just have to issue low range vehicles and tracking devices. I am really astounded we live with people who are so destructive and the truth is, the young lad was probably really nice and probably not someone who would deliberately harm himself and others. Where does it all go wrong?
