Well, it's food labelling, isn't it? If you actually want to know about food you have to learn. You have to make an effort and you have to take in information about nutrition. Shortcuts to labelling leave out the eduational aspect of learning about nutrition. As a nation we need to go back to basics and teach our food facts at home with the kids as they grow up. One of the things you can teach them is not to believe everything they read!! Nutrition is a wonderful discovery learning project.
