Cherries

AdelaideNow... Cherries the one bright spot:

"They are predicting the harvest will reach at least 1500 tonnes this year following ideal conditions for cherry growing.

The dry weather and lack of bird damage have both helped produce the good cherry crop."

Well, the roses have been totally stunning too. This climate is suiting some things very well and this is where agricultual knowledge needs to be put to the test and utilised. Cherries? Oh yum...it'll make up for the dearth of bananas. Maybe we can gorge on cherries this year because normally they are not plentiful and they are very expensive. Cherries?! Whoopie!!! Can't wait.
