Gang using child drug couriers, claims MP :

"A GANG called Rule The Streets has allegedly committed gang rapes and used nine-year-olds as drug couriers in Adelaide's northern suburbs, Parliament has been told."

It's very easy to manipulate through fear and it's very easy to manipulate when you do the unthinkable that people don't want to confront. Parents must be beside themselves and we hare going to have to adopt a hard headed, thinking approach to this. It's not the first time it's happened. We need it out in the open so we know and can close ranks. Fear stops people in their tracks and makes them very maleable. We need to go about this strategically and we need to be able to gain strength through numbers. Secret stuff always weakens a community or organisation.
