NSW farmers group elect woman VP :

See? It can be done and why not? Farming is a family affair as are wineries very often. Men and women can work together to produce a balanced world. It is good to see all voices represented. The other vice president is male. It's not just about balancing gender and numbers. It's about getting each perspective represented in an organisation.
