Lawyers condemn Hicks case handling.

Lawyers condemn Hicks case handling. :

"'It's worse than absurd, the Government of this country deserves to be condemned for the ways it's dealt with this matter,' Mr Bugg said.

'With the passage of time there is a real prospect that Mr Hicks cannot have a fair trial.'"

Mr. Howard has put himself above and outside the law. He has made it clear he believes David Hicks is guilty and so, guilty he is and not entitled to any consideration. At least the lawyers and law courts in various lands are aware of what laws are and what they mean and how they ought to be applied. Our leader , however, has handed down his verdict. When you are his Majesty's pleasure there are no rules. This is why countries changed to constitutional monarchies.
