Scotsman.com Giving food to homeless now a crime in Vegas:
"LAS Vegas has made it a crime to feed the homeless in city parks."
I know it's difficult to judge things from a distance and cultures vary in their approach but starving people lawful? Why are they homeless? Why can they not be fed? There is sure a logical explanation for this very brief article?
