Poor nations miss out on billions :

There is a lot of "stuff" in this article but I am curious to know what we shall be doing about the poor nations. Are they to stay poor? Will they not be able to float themselves ever? Why are they still poor and what can be done about it and if some countries are faring better why can't all countries do better? Countries can only develop if we look at how they can develop and get them off the ground. Health, education, food and water issues have to be at the bottom of it all somewhere. You cannot develop when you have nothing to eat and no clean water.
