The Biggest Loser

The Biggest Loser
What a week!! Ruth would never have managed Camp Eden and she seemed so happy now with her husband and children and looking so well. If Bob thought Fiona had missed the point of her jumping off the pole onto the trapeze, he need only have heard her speak the next day. She has a greater depth to her and is able to better articulate her views . With the four of them she has been able to show us there is a lot more to her and a person who really wants to learn and grow. She just needs people who encourage and push her to reach her potential. Will she go this week? Maybe. It'll be hard with just two people voting and I think Kristie will vote for Shane and Adro will vote for Fiona and so Fiona will go because she put on weight. How come? She was working so hard. Adro was the man of this week in my opinion. He grew so much and has so much more to grow. He really turned a corner. I took no pleasure in seeing Kristie win the endurance test because I no longer think she is as straight forward and honest as I thought she was. I think she is about herself and even though you are there to win for yourself, the support of others is valid and invaluable. I wanted Adro to win because he had gained so much from the chinese exercise routine. He actually understood the depth of that. Jumping off that 70m pole was so hard for him. He was right up against every possible fear and that was spellbinding. In the end he trusted Bob, but he had really had to go through terrible emotional pain and fear to achieve that jump. I cried with him at the end. It was such a relief!! But...The Biggest Loser has got the values and spirit of the show very cleverly back in place. It is so good how it has changed to right the wrongs. I think it's great all the others are coming back and that will clearly put a whole new look on the "game" aspect of it. While they have all been playing the game, some of them have lost sight of the weightloss, healthy lifestyle critcal values fo the programme. I still hear Wal: This show is about The Biggest Loser not the biggest backstabber. I have also felt for Shane this week. He has to go slowly because he is emotionally very vulnerable but he has a strong spirit and is a very kind human being. Jillian has worked so hard on him to give him faith and confidence. They are both very good trainers. Human when they need to be and hard when they need to be but their capacity to mix it is awesome. AJ is just Ms Impartiality and I respect her for that and she is doing a great job of keeping the real issues and achievements in the foreground. Great show, love it and can't wait to see what happens when the others come back...and may well have another hissy fit on Monday if I find it's delayed because fo the football!!!
