Hunter saves polar bear cub

The Australian: Hunter saves polar bear cub :

"'He was moving with great difficulty and couldn't eat at all,' Billings resident Grigory Tynaurgin told the television station Rossiya. 'Dogs had surrounded him and weren't even barking. We put him in a tarpaulin, he didn't resist, and we took him away on a snowmobile.'"

Dumka is very lucky to have such very caring human firends. The hunter,Aleksandr Mashkov, saved Dumka and he and the villagers of Billings have used their initiative and been so compassionate towards the baby polar bear. The bear is now well enough to go the the Moscow Zoo where it can get more attention and hopefully they can increase its weight. Human beings can be amazing and can go to great lengths to save something fragile.
