Once we got past the winnings, the wonderful achievement of Makybe Diva, it was straight onto the Lane Cove Tunnel hole!! And no wonder. Look at it. People woke up to their block of units teetering over that massive hole. Pity the ground floor people. The ones interviewed were remarkably level headed and the emergency crews seemed to have dealt with it in a very sane way. Astounding given how insane it is and how close those people came to crashing into that hole. Obviously there is an investigation. No wonder the Sydneysiders were so reluctant to go through that tunnel. They were saying it was unsafe. Poeple forget when you watch something being built , you can see what is happening and in a big city you have people who are engineers . Sydney people have not been happy with the tunnel. Now they are having massive traffic hold ups while the area around the collapse is rectified, examined, reconstructed. I hope they do not expect those people to move back into those units and pay for them.
