
But my mission, as I blogged many moons ago, was to go and see these controversial Law Courts for myself. My first reaction was to love the dappled effect of the outside. Its greys, sands, lights, darks. The mosaic really is soft and is like camouflage. As you get closer you see the green turret on the side. Across the lawn it blends in really well with the environment. It's round because the aborigines have round table courts...as we all should. Round tables have been significant throughout the ages and are a prerequisite for negotiation.
